This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to include the name of the person as an accused in Crime No.482 of 2015.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report will be filed within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.
