ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal in A3-548 of 2015 through which he has sought for cancellation of patta.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is suffering from blood cancer. Therefore, the respondent may be directed to be expedited the appeal of the petitioner pending before him.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the appeal will be considered in accordance with law.

6. Since the petitioner is at the evenings of his age and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ also suffering from blood cancer, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to

pass appropriate orders on the appeal of the petitioner, dated 27.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
