(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.It is submitted that the writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents either to renovate or to reconstruct a new bus shelter if needed after demolishing the existing bus shelter situated at eastern side of Tirunelveli - Kadayam Road nearby to Deeba Alangara Thidal, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Pottalpudur, Tirunelveli District by taking into consideration of the petitioner's representations dated 26.08.2013 and 23.02.2015. 3.It is seen that the petitioner has sent written representations to the authorities for the said relief. However, no action was taken. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief.
4.Having gone through the accompanying affidavit, material papers and the submissions made by the learned counsel, we find it just and reasonable to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders according to law. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned within a period of four weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
