ORDER
The petitioner has made a representation on 17.12.2012 to the respondent stating that the order passed by the jurisdictional criminal Court in C.C.No.57 of 2001 to attach the property of the named persons has not been given effect to. As no order has been passed on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2012 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
