ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The first petitioner is in judicial custody since 10.05.2018 and the second petitioner is in judicial custody since 17.05.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 302 I.P.C. in Crime No.188 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.This Court had already granted bail to the co-accused. The petitioners' case is on identical footing. Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the Petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions; (i) the Petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District. (iii)the Petitioners shall not abscond.
