ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Kovilpatti, in C.C.No.52 of 2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. In view of the nature of the relief sought for, this Court is of the view that notice need not be sent to the third respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the bailable warrant has been issued as early as on 28.11.2014 against the third respondent herein in C.C.No.52 of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Kovilpatti, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent Police did not take any steps to execute the same. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the aforesaid prayer. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the second respondent Police would execute the bailable warrant issued against the third respondent herein as early as possible.

5.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent Police to execute the bailable warrant issued in C.C.No.52 of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Kovilpatti, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
