2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she would withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to pursue her remedy before the tribunal.

3. Liberty is granted to the petitioner. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. The writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
