COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following common order :- These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed by the petitioners on 07.04.2025 under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Baskaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He further seeks leave of this Court to file a fresh application before the Vacation Court. In that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file and the same is extracted hereunder:
"It is submitted that this Honourable Court may be pleased to withdraw these petitions."
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
4. It is needless to mention that filing a fresh bail application before the 3/5
Vacation Court is the right of the petitioners. Be that as it may, this Court is inclined to grant leave to the petitioners to file a fresh bail application before the Vacation Court.
