2. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the delivery has been effected and the execution proceeding has been terminated by order dated 25.04.2024. Therefore, the matter has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
