ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to sub-divide and issue patta to the petitioner for her purchased portion of the property bearing Survey No.69/5A in Patta No.799, situated at Thirupachethi North, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District and its present Survey No.69/13B, Patta No.2409 by considering the petitioner's Online application No.2020/0105/23/103041 dated 10.08.2020.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent had produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the first respondent in D.R.No.2020/23/15/000193SD dated 10.08.2020 and submitted that patta has been transferred in the name of the petitioner by sub-dividing the survey number as Survey No.69/13B2 to an extent of 02.00 ares in Thirupachethi North, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District.
