ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379 & 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.73 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second Anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier, the Anticipatory Bail Petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 28.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5181 of 2021. CRL OP(MD). No.8313 of 2021 the petitioner is not able to show any change of circumstance to entertain the present petition. Therefore, this petition is dismissed as non-maintainable at this stage.
