O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the first respondent to remove the petitioner's name from the rowdy list by considering his representation dated 04.04.2013.

2.According to the petitioner, though he has approached the first respondent by way of his representation on 04.04.2013 and he has also obtained reply under RTI Act on 04.04.2013, the name of the petitioner has not been removed from the rowdy list. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed for the relief stated supra. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has made a representation even as early as on 04.04.2013 and without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2013 and pass appropriate orders after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
