O R D E R

The petitioner herein has filed a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus challenging the constitution of school committee in respect of the third respondent school.

2. The impugned order is dated 20.11.2014. The tenure of the school committee is three years which has expired as early as on 31.03.2017. The constitution of the school committee has been approved by the District Elementary Educational Officer, Tirunelveli, since he has been prima facie satisfactory about the requirement in constitution of the said committee.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the third respondent, that the tenure of the said committee constituted vide order dated 20.11.2014 has come to an end and new committee has been constituted and functioning.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
