ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue transfer certificate to the petitioner's daughter namely N.S.Sharmila within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that during pendency of the present writ petition, the transfer certificate as sought for by the petitioner has already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been issued and therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for further adjudication.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
