Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 31/03/2016 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under section 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w 120b IPC and to take action against the accused person in accordance with law.

ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the petitioner has married the proposed accused as his second wife. After some time, the proposed accused colluded with her first husband, preferred a complaint against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner with an intention to cheat him. On 16.05.2016, the first husband of the proposed accused contacted the petitioner over phone, scolded him in filthy language and also threatened him. As there was no case registered, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that enquiry has been conducted and closed on 03.06.2016. It is also submitted that a copy of the closure has been sent to the petitioner by post. 5.As it is represented that closure report is not received, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is directed to give a copy of closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, based on the closure report. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
