Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records the pertaining to the order passed in C.A.No.21 of 2022 on the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai dated 30-11-2022 file of the Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai dated 19-04-2022 and set aside the same and allow this civil revision petition. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioners, the Court made the following order:- Today, when the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and respondent are willing to settle their dispute and the case may be referred to mediation.
