ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., ] The petitioner claims that she belongs to Pira Malai Kallan Community, which is coming under the category of Denotified category and at present, she is studying B.Sc.Maths at Prist University, Vallam, Tanjure.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the mother of the petitioner has also been issued with community certificate to that effect by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Karaikudi, bearing Community Certificate No.R.Dis.2243/2001 (DNC) and on an earlier occasion, she also filed W.P.(MD)No.19418 of 2017, against the first respondent as well as the Tahsildar, Karaikudi and the said writ petition was disposed of on 20.10.2017, by directing the second respondent therein to consider the representation 1/3
submitted by the mother of the petitioner dated 12.09.2017, as to the issuance of the community certificate in favour of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of that order.

The petitioner, on attainment of majority, also submitted a representation dated 05.03.2020, to the second respondent praying for issuance of the said community certificate and despite the fact that the order in the above said writ petition came to be passed as early as on 20.10.2017 and that the present application has been filed about nearly five months back, nothing is moving forward and therefore, came forward to file this writ petition.
4. Heard the submission of Mr.C.S.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Murugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
5. This Court, taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, directs the second respondent to take note of the order dated 20.10.2017 made in W.P.(MD)No.19418 of 2017 as well as the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2020 submitted to the respondents 1 and 2, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
6. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
