ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.8 of 2016 on his file within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a case has been registered against the petitioner under Sections 468 and 471 IPC in Crime No.25 of 2015 and the same is now pending in C.C.No.8 of 2016. He would further submit that due to the pendency of the same, his employment opportunity in abroad is affected and his livelihood option is under peril and therefore, the petitioner has come up with the aforesaid prayer. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case is pending for trial.

5.Having regard to the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.8 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
