ORDER

Mr.M.Raja Rajan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner seeks for regularization of his service, for which purpose he has made the representations on 18.12.2014 and 20.01.2015 to the respondents 1 to 3.

4. It is needless to say that, it is for the respondents 1 to 3, more particularly the third respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law.

5. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, only with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 18.12.2014 and 20.01.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No Costs.
