..Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 14/04/2016 and take necessary action against the proposed accused within the time. ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the petitioner has leased out her house property to the proposed accused on a lease amount of Rs.2,50,000/-. After expiry of the lease period, the proposed accused refused to vacate the premises and he has also created bogus document as if the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- from him. As there was no case registered, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that enquiry has been conducted and closed on 16.06.2016, based on the statement given by the petitioner to the effect that she will work out her remedy before the Civil Court. It is also submitted that a copy of the closure has been sent to the petitioner by post.

5.As it is represented that closure report is not received, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is directed to give a copy of closure report to the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, based on the closure report.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
