This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 5 and 6 to provide adequate police protection to conduct temple festival of of Arulmigu Sri Rengammal Temple situated at Survey No.454/19, Aanaimalaiyanpatty Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District, based on the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Mu.Mu. No. 2921009/2025/A13, dated 18.02.2025.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on both sides would submit that they amicably settled the matter between them and the petitioner's party will conduct the festival from 27.04.2025 for the Rengammal Temple and the respondents 7 to 15 will conduct the festival after 15 days from 08.05.2025 for the Petchiammal Temple and further, both the parties agreed that they will not interfere with the maintenance of the respective temples by the respective parties, and the same is recorded.
3. If necessary, the respondent police is directed to provide adequate police protection for the festival.

4. With the abovesaid observation and direction, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
