ORDER

This petition has been filed by the 3rd accused in C.C.No.899 of 2023 on the file of Special Court for Communal clash Cases, Madurai seeking direction to recall the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner on 14.09.2023. 1/4

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the averments made in the petition, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Court for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai, on 07.04.2026, and upon such appearance, the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner shall be recalled. The petitioner is further directed to cooperate with the trial. It is made clear that no further opportunity will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above observations, this criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
