ORDER

The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the educational loan application of the petitioner dated 15.11.2014.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the application of the petitioner dated 15.11.2014 is still pending for consideration of the respondents. Since it is an educational loan, the respondents may be directed to consider and pass appropriate orders, within the time stipulated by this Court.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents Bank would oppose the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and submit that for want of certain details, the application of the petitioner could not be considered by the respondents.

4. In a matter of educational loan, the respondents cannot consume more time, as the education of the petitioner could be very much affected, if the respondents Bank does not extend its help at the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate time. The application is made as early as 15.11.2014. More than four months had elapsed. Still, it is not processed by the respondents. Therefore, the respondents, without further loss of time, is directed to consider the said application of the petitioner dated 15.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible, in any event within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
