PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Declaration to declare the oral termination made by the respondents 2 and 3, dated 21.05.2020, by terminating the petitioner from service of Secretary of 3rd respondent's society as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner to service as Secretary in the 3rd respondent's society with continuity of service, arrears of salary with effect from 21.05.2020 and all other monetary and other attendant benefits within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to declare the oral termination made by the respondents 2 and 3, dated 21.05.2020, by terminating the petitioner from service from the 3rd respondent's society as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner to service as Secretary in the 3rd respondent's society with continuity of service and pay arrears of salary with effect from 21.05.2020 and all other monetary and other attendant benefits within a reasonable time.

2. When the writ petitioner is taken up for hearing today, it is represented that during the pendency of this writ petition, the respondents paid all the monetary benefits to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.
