Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 397 days in representing the papers is C.R.P(MD). Sr. NO. 17878 of 2020 and pass such other suitable order and thereby render justice.

PRAYER IN C.R.P(MD)SR.No.17878 of 2020:- To call for the records and set aside the fair and decreetal in I.A.No.3 of 2018 in O.S.No.16 of 2012, dated 18.07.2018 on the file of Additional District cum Sessions Court, Theni at Periyakulam and allow this civil revision petition with costs throught and thereby render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.H.LAKSHMI SHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 397 days in representing the above petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of Madurai Bench High Court Advocates Association (MBHAA), A/c No.496038755, IFSC Code - IDB000H040, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, and file a memo evidencing compliance before the Registry.

4. On filing such memo being filed, Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case for admission.
