Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant temporary licence in favour of the petitioner for taking out the excess sand (cghp kz;) available when levelling the upland lands comprised in Survey Nos.51/4, 5A, 52/1, 54/1, 54/2, 58/2, 58/3A, 60/1A to an extent of 3.38 Hectares situated at Chinna Pallipalayam Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2020 within time frame stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner had given a representation dated 29.07.2020 to the first respondent seeking permission to take out the excess stand available in the petition mentioned survey numbers. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the first respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of eight weeks. The first respondent is therefore, directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
