ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order of the learned District cum Sessions Court, Thanjavur in Crl.M.P.No.1493 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 and consequently, relax the condition imposed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur dated 01.03.2023 vide Crl.M.P. No.1099 of 2013.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police and perused the materials available in the record.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order in Crl.M.P.No.1493 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 passed by the learned District cum Sessions Court, Thanjavur is set aside and the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1099 of 2013 dated 01.03.2023 by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur is fully relaxed.
