[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 25.09.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.23219 of 2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the orders and directions issued by this Court have been complied with by the respondent and an order in G.O.(D) No.915, Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 22.07.2024, rejecting the petitioners' request, has been passed by the respondent.

3. In the light of the above, the contempt petition is closed and it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the said order, dated 22.07.2024, passed by the respondent, if aggrieved, in the manner known to law. No costs. [A.D.J.C., J.] [K.R.S., J.] 23.07.2024 NCC :
