Contemnors/Respondents No.1 & 2 PRAYER: Petition filed under under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnors/Respondents No.1 and 2 and punish them for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.10849 of 2017, dated 01.12.2020 under the Contempt of Courts Act. Prayer in WP(MD) No.10849 of 2017 :
Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in Roc.No.6487/2016/OP1 dated 9.5.2017 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to frame consolidated service rules for the posts sanctioned by 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.2 MA & WS Dept., dated 4.1.1999 and appoint the petitioner as Junior Engineer / Assistant Engineer with redesignation from the present post of Draughting Officer Grade-II with all consequential monetary and attendant benefits including promotion etc.

O R D E R
When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the Contemnors/Respondents has submitted that writ appeal is preferred before the Divisional Bench in W.A.(MD)No.1608 of 2021 and the Honourable Divisional Bench has granted interim stay. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted before this Court that the order copy has not been issued. The Additional Advocate General submitted that stay is granted. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that based on the grounds filed before the Divisional Bench, the respondents undertook to grant all the relief prospectively. This Court is simply recording the statement and this Court is of the considered view that there is no contempt as alleged by the petitioner.
2. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to reopen the contempt after the disposal of the Writ Appeal. No costs.
