ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2, in Crime No.228 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.05.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,148,324,506(ii) and 307 of IPC and hence, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners on consuming alcohol entered into the house of defacto complainant and attacked him with deadly weapons and caused injuries. On complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioners.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also
considering the fact the injured has already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners is ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Sivagangai and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am until further orders.
