ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been, seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.06.2018 to the first and second respondents and to investigate the matter in accordance with law and file a final report.
2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a complaint before the respondents on 16.06.2018 and no action has been taken on his complaint.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent has issued a summon to the petitioner on 03.07.2018, asking him to appear for enquiry, before the first respondent. It was received by the petitioner on 04.07.2018, but the petitioner has not turned up. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions, undertook that the petitioner would appear for enquiry before the respondent, if liberty is given to him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.In the light of the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
i) as per the aforesaid undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, one more opportunity is given to the petitioner and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, for enquiry on 11.07.2018.
ii) in the event of petitioner's appearance, the respondent shall conduct the enquiry in accordance with law and to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
