Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Call for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.2483/A2/2017 dated 26-10-2017 and quash the same and directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to disburse the salary to the petitioner based upon the approval of appointment order passed by the 3rd Respondent in his proceedings in Ni.Mu.No.2483/A2/2017 dated 28-08-2017.
