This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to grant permission for conducting Kabadi Game at Kurumbalaperi Santhosh Nagar (Othekal) ground on 14.07.2018 at 10 pm to 10 am on 15.07.2018, Tiruenlveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 26.06.2018 to the respondents to grant permission to conduct Kabadi Game at Kurumbalaperi Santhosh Nagar (Othekal) ground on 14.07.2018 at 10 pm to 10 am on 15.07.2018, Tiruenlveli District. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the submission made by both parties, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 12.07.2018. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
