This Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection for fencing the petitioner's land based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 05.09.2022 .

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that subsequently the petitioner himself had withdrawn the complaint and requested to drop further proceedings.

3. In view thereof, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
