O R D E R
This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take steps to remove the lock of the room inside, where the electric box is fixed, to enable to the EB officials to note down the electricity reading of Arulmigu Pathinettampadi Karuppar Temple, by considering petitioner's representation, dated 13.03.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the Trustee of the temple, namely, Arulmigu Pathinettampadi Karuppar Temple and due to some administrative dispute pending Page No. 2 of 5
between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6, the temple's EB room was locked by the private respondents and thereby, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents 1 to 3, dated 13.03.2025. Thereafter, they assigned C.S.R, but no action was taken. Hence, he filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, they issued C.S.R.No.127 of 2025 and the same is pending for enquiry.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.
5. Since the representation of the petitioner is pending with second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner by affording opportunity to both the parties and dispose of the same within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
