ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Since no adverse order is likely to be passed against the respondents 4 to 8, notice to them is dispensed with.

3.Seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action as against the respondents 4 to 8 based on petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2025, the present petition is filed. 4.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, promptly submitted that already C.S.R.No.101 of 2026 is pending in this regard and the enquiry could not proceed only because of the non-cooperation of the petitioner.

5.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent police forthwith with all necessary particulars and other documents to substantiate his claim and thereafter, the third respondent police is directed to put the respondents 4 to 8 on notice under Section 64 BNSS and conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation which is being conducted by the third respondent. The third respondent is also directed to appraise the progress of the investigation to the second respondent from time to time. 6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 02.04.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk 3/5
