This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioners compliant dated 04.03.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that no complaint was received by the respondent police from the petitioner. Already four FIRs have been registered based on the complaints lodged by the petitioner, due to the dispute between the petitioner and his close relatives. 3.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court direct the 2nd respondent to treat the complaint, dated 04.03.2025 annexed along with this petition as a complaint and enquire the matter and dispose the same within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.
