The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey, measure and subdivide the subject property belonging to the petitioner and issue survey sketch patta as well as survey report to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 07.03.2025 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
