This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to grant permission based on petitioner representation dated 29.05.2018 to conduct the Bharat Perunthalaiva Kamarajar birthday along with Light Music Performance on 15.07.2018 at Parankundrapuram Village, in V.K.Pudur Taluk of Tirunelveli District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a representation to the second respondent on 29.05.2018 seeking permission to conduct the birthday of Bharat Perunthalaiva Kamarajar along with Light Music Performance on 15.07.2018 at Parankundrapuram Village, in V.K.Pudur Taluk of Tirunelveli https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District. The said representation of the petitioner has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the the petitioner's representation was considered by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Surandai Police Station, Tirunelveli District and the Sub-Inspector of Police has sent the said representation to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli District / second respondent and the said report is also produced before this Court. Now, the said representation is pending with the second respondent.

5.Recording the report of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Surandai Police Station, Tirunelveli District, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 13.07.2018.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
