ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.05.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 386 and 506(ii) IPC read with Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Damages and Losses) Act, in Crime No.127 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been detained under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, vide order dated 16.07.2016 made in Detention Order No.21/2016, by the District Collector, Thanjavur District.
