2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

(*)3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, the delay of 1401 days in re-presenting the above Writ Appeals is condoned and the petitions are ordered on payment of cost of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) in total, to the Legal Aid Services Authority, Madurai Bench of 4/6
