Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to extend the time of production of No Objection Certificate from the landlord in the proposed premises wherein it is intended to run the bar for collecting empty liquor bottles and to sell eatables vide TASMAC Shop No.4813, Karungal Village, Kanyakumari District and confirming the tender dated 26.02.2015 in Na.Ka.No.045/B/2014 forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for hearings on 09.03.2017 and 16.03.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner.
