O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 20.05.2014. 2.According to the petitioner, though the petitioner sent an appeal dated 20.05.2014, the said appeal has not yet been disposed of so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has preferred an appeal to the respondent as early as on 20.05.2014 and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner dated 20.05.2014 and pass appropriate orders after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
