ORDER
These Criminal Original Petitions are seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioners by the Principal Sessions Court, Madurai in Crl.M.P.Nos.153 of 2016 and 339 of 2016 dated 01.06.2016, instead of executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- each along with two sureties before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, they may be permitted to appear before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai with two common sureties.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners
and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3. A perusal of the order made in Crl.M.P.Nos.153 and 339 of 2016, dated 01.06.2016 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai directing the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each along with two sureties before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai seems to be reasonable and this Court finds no reason to interfere with the order of the Court below. Hence, the Criminal Original Petitions are liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
