PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.12/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/second accused who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 05.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 420 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.12 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the proseuction and the petitioner is in judicial custody from 05.04.2022 and he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner is arrayed as the second accused and the first accused in this case has not been secured till now and investigation is at initial stage.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation is at initial stage and the first accused has not been secured so far, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
