O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint and dispose of his complaint registered in CSR No.1009 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024. 2.According to the petitioner, he has lodged a complaint against the respondents 3 to 5 before the 2nd respondent. Though they have assigned CSR No.1009 of 2024, thereafter, no action has been taken. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint, they have assigned CSR No.1009 of 2024 and the same was closed, after conducting enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.

5.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the private respondents before the 2nd respondent, but no action has been taken. According to the 2nd respondent, the petitioner's complaint was closed after due enquiry. Today, closure report also served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6.In view of the above, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved so.
