O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limbs to live peacefully in her house bearing Old Door No.46, New Door No.92 of Komathiyapuram 7th Street, Sankarankovil and Taluk, Tenkasi Distrct, by considering the complaint dated 25.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the respondents no.3 and 11 caused life threat to the petitioner, due to dispute in respect of the property and Page No. 2 of 5

thereby, he lodged a complaint dated 25.03.2025, but no action was taken. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that earlier the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was closed after enquiry. Again the petitioner sent a complaint dated 25.03.2025 and the same was also closed on 08.04.2025 after enquiry. Therefore, the petitioner's complaints were already considered and the same were closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the respondents no.3 to 11 inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the private respondents and the same has not been considered. The 2nd respondent police has admitted the receipt of the complaint and the same was closed after enquiry. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the petitioner's complaint was already considered and closed, it is for Page No. 3 of 5

the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent, if any criminal activities done by the private respondents. In view of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the 2nd respondent, if any criminal activities done by the private respondents by way of specific complaint and this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
