The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the pending dues for maintenance charges, service charges and carriage fee to the petitioner for the MSO (Multi System Operator) run by the petitioner in the name and style of Sangam Cable Network through which the respondents are providing their signals at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District and to pay the above charges on regular basis, every month in future without any default.
2. According to the petitioner, he is a MSO (Multi System Operator) under the Arasu Cable TV Corporation Limited. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a representation to the first respondent, on 16.02.2015, seeking maintenance charges and service charges and so far, the said representation has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Abdul Saleem, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Arasu Cable TV Corporation.
4. In view of the above, since the application is pending from 16.02.2016, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
