2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and the RCS notice also served to the defacto complainant and they will file the report before the jurisdictional Court within one week.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the respondent to file the report within a period of one week from the date of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
