O R D E R
The petitioner has challenged the impugned order passed by the third respondent, whereby the third respondent has ordered the disconnection of the service connection issued in the name of the petitioner's father, namely, Palanisamy.
2. The impugned order appears to have been passed without notice to the petitioner, alleging theft based on GPS data. It appears that there is some mistake in the passing of the impugned order. Page No. 2 of 5
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner can be given a fresh opportunity, and a fresh order will be passed after hearing the petitioner.
4. Recording the above statement, the impugned order stands quashed. The respondents are directed to restore the service connection and issue notice in case they propose to disconnect the power connection given to the petitioner. All collections shall be subject to the final order to be passed.
